1lb New York STrip steaks (should b 2 decent sized cuts)
1Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
1Tbsp light brown sugar
1tsp onion powder
1tsp oregano
mix the seasonings in a small bowl & rub on steak. grill on medium heat 7mins to a side. let rest 3min.
