Despite everything that happened with Monty two months ago, Eukanuba has impressed me.

I buy Eukanuba food for both Bailey & Monty. A lot of Eukanuba food. $70.00 a month worth of Eukanuba food. In the grand scheme of things my investment is probably nothing to a company that talks of millions of dollars in profits. So when Menu Foods blew me off and hung up on me after giving me the number to Eukanuba, I was less than amused. I was however, impressed with the way Eukanuba handled my call to their customer service line.

Not only did they answer promptly, but the person on the phone was concerned, listened to me, agreed with me, took my info & my vet’s info, and let me know a special claims group member will be contacting me in a few days.

At this point I remain cautiously optimistic that I can have the whole thing resolved.
