Had a little bit of everything last night: thunder, sleet, freezing rain, and snow. For the second time this year woke up to a fresh layer of snow in the city, which made for a chilly yet peaceful walk to the park this morning.

Preparations have been underway for the last few weeks to transform downtown Dallas for the huge November 17th holiday celebration. This year even our building is getting involved which has caused a bit of controversy, so it is sure to be mighty festive round these parts for the next month or so.
